VirtuePlanet Club releases the second Virtuemart 2.0 extension for Feb 2012. VP Era is a next generation Product Module for VirtueMart 2.0 which gives you complete flexibility to customize the styles, content and most importantlt the colors of different part of the module right from the Modules Parameters area. You will never need to have any sort of coding or css knowledge to get the modules customized for your existing Joomla Template.
With VP Era! you can show Featured, Random, Latest and Top Ten products any desired module position in your site. It works independently and has no relation with your Virtuemart Theme.
The module parameter allows you to enable or disable particular display of your module. You can set the color of the every part of the module from the backend through a very user friendly color picker system. For ready references of the module parameters please see the screenshots below:
The additional header text field allows you set the module header which is independent of your Joomla Template style. You can also publish the module several times in a single page with different styles just by making copies of the module from your Module Manager. It also comes with a unique height alignment jQuery built-in feature which gets the products aligned automatically to each other irrespective of the size of the content. Since the module uses jQuery you just need to make sure that you have enabled Virtuemart JQuery in your Virtuemart Configuration page.
The module is compatible with Joomla 1.5, Joomla 1.6, Joomla 1.7 as well as Joomla 2.5.
