What is One Product or Single Product membership?
The one product membership gives you access to any one Joomla template or extension as per your choice that you may use without any restrictions. You get unlimited access to the selected product updates and support.
What is an All Products membership?
The all products memberships give you access to all our Joomla templates and extensions as per your selected membership. Standard membership is valid for 1 year and Unlimited membership does not have any validity restrictions.
Can I still use the templates after my membership expires?
Yes, you can use templates according to terms, but you will not have access to updates, download and support section. But you can renew membership with discount.
Can I get a trial of your products before purchasing?
No, we do not offer trials for our products. But you can always see all of our templates and extensions live in our demo server.
How can I make payment?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We are using secure PayPal payment method by which you can pay us from your paypal account or using any credit card.
If I’m not satisfied with my purchase, can I get a refund?
We are offering a full or partial refund within 7 business days starting from the moment when the member makes the payment. Please read Refund Policy or Contact Us if you need further information.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes, you will just need to place a new order for the new membership with full price.
Do you provide PSD source files?
We do not always provide image source files or PSD files. Please refer to the respective documentation of the templates and extensions to check the availability of the same.
