These terms of service apply to all VirtuePlanet memberships and products. Memberships include the template memberships and the extension memberships. VirtuePlanet grants you a non-exclusive limited license to use products sold on the VirtuePlanet website in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
1. Memberships
VirtuePlanet products are available through different memberships. All memberships are licensed under GPL V2, meaning you have 100% FREEDOM TO USE IT and can install it into UNLIMITED websites FOREVER! No More License Restrictions! No more IONCUBE!
The licenses are not time-limited, so you may continue to use the chosen product even after the date your membership expires. During the membership duration, you can access downloads, support, and the latest updates on your selected products. For templates, all unique installations must be activated before your membership expires. Once activated, you can continue using the template forever, even after membership expiry. However, for extensions, you can use the Download Key even after your membership has expired. You must remember or note down your Download Key for future usage since you can not access the Download Key page if you do not have an active membership with us. Changing the domain or path of the site after activation is treated as a separate installation and must be reactivated separately.
2. License
2.1. Ownership
Any VirtuePlanet products, modified or unmodified, are not your property. You do not own them. They are the property of VirtuePlanet.
2.2. Unauthorized Use
It is not permitted to put our products in a modified, changed, or even unmodified version on a disk, website, P2P, or any other medium and use it for resale purposes. This means you are not allowed to set up our products for demonstration purposes to promote them to your customers. Screenshots of our product are also not allowed to be used to encourage your customers to buy it for resale purposes. Should you intend to do so you have to discuss and agree upon this with VirtuePlanet in any case.
2.3. Unlimited Licenses
If a membership grants you unlimited licenses of a VirtuePlanet product, you are allowed to use the product in all your client projects, but it does NOT allow redistribution of the product in your extension, in your template or in any other form. Using a VirtuePlanet product for your client projects is only granted if you primarily sell your service to your client and not the product itself. If you wish to continue the usage of the product for new website projects you need to renew your membership after the existing membership has expired.
2.4. Modifications
You are allowed to make any changes and modifications in the templates and the extensions to suit your needs. Change or removal of the original product name or copyright information in the source code is not permitted. This includes the XML descriptor file and all PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS files distributed with our products. Of course, any visual copyrights, for example, the copyrights in the theme footer, can be removed.
However, you are not allowed to resale or redistribute these changes and modifications as GPL or other licenses. It is strictly prohibited to port the VirtuePlanet template and themes included in our extensions to other platforms and content management systems.
2.5. Assignability
It is not allowed to sub-license, assign, or transfer your licenses to anyone.
2.6. Demo Content
Re-use of any graphics, icons or photos from the demo content for any purpose is strictly prohibited. The demo content is for demonstration purposes only.
3. Product Delivery
As soon as you have carried out payment and we can acknowledge receipt of the money, we will email you your membership information. In case you have not received an email from VirtuePlanet within 24 hours, please contact us and we will resend you the login details manually. After receiving our email with your account details, you will have immediate access to our downloads. The email address you give should be valid, as we will use it to contact you. We, therefore, recommend using your main email address.
4. Support
We provide technical support for VirtuePlanet products only through our support system, documentation, and tutorials. We will not provide any support via email or Twitter. If you have any membership or billing-related queries, please contact us. During our general support hours Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM (GMT+5:30), we will make every effort to respond to your queries within 12 – 24 hours, if not sooner.
We know there is a difference between what is considered technical support and what is considered customization. We are committed to helping you with any type of support query; however, we can't provide extensive help with customizations. In general, customizations may look simple, but you will require solid knowledge of web technologies and programming skills to do them or hire a professional who can do it for you.

5. Warranty
VirtuePlanet gives no warranty or guarantee for our themes and extensions in any manner. Browser compatibility should be tested by viewing the demonstration installations on the demo sites. Please ensure that your browser works with the theme design. We cannot give you the guarantee that the products will work with all third party extensions. Please be aware of that. We guarantee that our products will work with the current versions of Joomla and VirtueMart. We cannot guarantee, though, that they will work with future versions of Joomla and VirtueMart. Also, VirtuePlanet products will always be developed to match the latest Joomla and VirtueMart versions. We cannot guarantee how long the phased-out Joomla and VirtueMart versions will be supported. This decision is solely made by VirtuePlanet.
6. Terms & Conditions
VirtuePlanet reserves the right to change or modify the current Terms Of Use at any time with no prior notice. Therefore, we encourage you to review the changes to our privacy policy every time you visit this website. Further, VirtuePlanet reserves the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the membership. VirtuePlanet shall not be liable to you or any third party should VirtuePlanet exercise its right to modify, suspend, limit or discontinue any feature of the membership.
