The following documentation explains the configuration options of the VP Prime Ajax Product Search module for VirtueMart.

Configuration

Place Holder Text

The text that appears in the search text box. If left blank, it will load the 'searchbox' string from your language file.

Products Found Text

The text that appears as the Title of ajax search result section. If left blank, it will load the 'product found' string from your language file.

View All Text

View all link text. If left blank, it will load the 'view all' string from your language file.

Search in Visiting Category

If no, products are searched always in all categories.

Set ItemID

Assign an ItemID by selecting a menu item in the list for the display of the search results if there is no com_search menu and a specific display is desired. If you do not know what this means, you may not need it.

Show Category

If yes, product category is shown in Ajax search results.

Show Price

If yes, products is displayed in Ajax search result.

Displayed Price Type

Select your desired product price type to displayed.

Maximum Limit

The maximum number of products that is displayed in Ajax search results.

Items per Row - Desktop

The number of items you want to see per row in Ajax search results if Window width >=1200px.

Items per Row - Small Desktop

The number of items you want to see per row in Ajax search results if Window width >=992px and <1200px.

Items per Row - Tablet

The number of items you want to see per row in Ajax search results if Window width >=768px and <992px.

Items per Row - Mobile

The number of items you want to see per row in Ajax search results if Window width <768px.

Show Loader

If yes, loader is displayed during ajax product search.

Minimum Characters

Select the minimum number of characters after which Ajax search will start working.
