VP MegaMart - Ver. 1.1 has been released today. We have fixed few small bugs in this version.

If you are an existing user of the template and made some customization in the same then you can download the update pack of the template and install in your site. This will only install 3 files of the template which we have updated in this version keeping all other files untouched from the original installation. When this templete will be "Responsive"

VP MegaMart was never designed to become responsive template. There it will not be updated to a responsive template in future.

Presently we are having one responsive VirtueMart Template which is VP ProMart. Our next responsive template is expected to be released in April 2013.

If you are an existing user of the template and made some customization in the same then you can download the update pack of the template and install in your site. This will only install files of the template which we have updated in this new version keeping all other files untouched from the original installation.


Existing Users:

Update packs are separately available from each versions. And the naming convention of the updates packs are explained below.

If the name of the package is upd_tpl_vm_megamart-v1.0r_v1.1.zip then it means this is a update pack of VP MegaMart Template from Version 1.0r to Version 1.1. If you are using Version 1.0r of the template then only you should install this packs.

The latest update pack for Version 1.2 is upd_tpl_vm_megamart-v1.1_v1.2.zip. If you are using Version 1.1 of the template then by installing this package it will update the template Version to 1.2. If you are using an older version of the template (Eg. Ver 1.0r) then you need to first install upd_tpl_vm_megamart-v1.0r_v1.1.zip in your site to get it updated to Ver 1.1 and then install upd_tpl_vm_megamart-v1.1_v1.2.zip.

PS: Please check the installed version of template in your site first and chose correct update pack.


New Users:

If you are new user of the template and VP MegaMart is not installed in your site then you can straight way go for a normal installation of complete template package (pkg_vp_megamart-j2.5.zip) or quick start package (quick_start_vp_megamart.zip) as instructed in the User Guide of the template. This will automatically install the latest version of the template in your site and you do not need to install any Update Packs separately.
