Show created date and hits of product

Hi
In result search page , after each product you can see the creation date of product ,
for example search for "Apple iPhone 5"
1. Apple iPhone 5 (MOB03)
(Mobiles)
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consetetur sadipscing elitr, sed diam nonumy eirmod tempor invidunt ut labore et dolore magna aliquyam erat, sed diam voluptua.
Created on 25 May 2013
2. Apple iPhone 5 (MOB02)
(Mobiles)

I want to show created on.. in product datails page or category page
Is it possible to do that?

You can use the following codes to call product creation date in product listing areas (within $products foreach loop).
<?php echo 'Created on '. date('d M Y', strtotime($product->created_on)); ?>

If you want to display it in Joomla search result then the same can not be achieved by changing any codes in any Joomla Template or in any VirtueMart layout file. You will need to hack/customize core VirtueMart search plugin for the same. This is the file which you need to customize: plugins\search\virtuemart\virtuemart.php

I just want to show it in product details and product category. Thank you very much. It works fine.
But If I want to show hits in the datails page ( like articles of joomla that shows the number of visit of article)
Is there a way to do that?

Unlike standard Joomla Articles, VirtueMart does not save product hits. Therefore you can not show it anywhere.
