VM 3 was released more than a month ago already, and as many developers did, should already started working in their upgrades over the beta version, that´s the main point why the betas are released to developers.
Worst is that the deadline keep moving as a lonely boat in the sea, and who paid for the extensions are loosing money and time.
And this not only for the one page checkout, is for all. J25 is already dead, so basically the subscription we all paid are useless since January 1st.
"Doing their best" would be enough and understandable if were free extensions. But they are not. Hence this is business... And in business you have to get what you paid for.

Thanks elliotwebdesign, microtribe, betelguise and all others showing your urgency for the update.
There are many reasons why we did not update our products during Beta releases of VirtueMart 3. Coming to VP One Page Checkout plugin I would like to mention that the plugin not only works with basic VirtueMart system but also need to support many other 3rd party extensions used by the users in their site. We wanted to ensure the compatibility of all such extensions with the plugin. We understand your business and also ours. Delay is product releases also hurts our business. Our main focus is quality but not quantity and we believe that will help us to stay stable in the market. However we do acknowledge the delay and working more than 18 hours a day to fill that gap.
We see a great urgency of VP One Page Checkout plugin update over our new Joomla! 3 - VirtueMart 3 Template. Considering that we are changing our release schedule. Now we will first release VP One Page Checkout plugin update for Joomla! 3 and VirtueMart 3. After which we will release the templates and other products. The update release date of the plugin remains unchanged. It will be released on/before 24th January 2015.
Thank you all for your continuous support.

One Page Checkout plugin THEN Template(s) !?
If we don't have a JM/VM 3 template, what is the point of a compatible plugin?
Seems 'cart before the horse'.

4FF, please do not get confused. We are unable to release more than one product at a time. The new template is already around 90% ready and it also will be released within next 7 to 10 days after the VP One Page Checkout plugin update release.
By the way, please note the template package itself will come with many other useful extensions (Modules and plugins).

Must be old age, I guess, that I get confused easily enough to think a template would be released before a plugin that works with it.
Anyway, along with many others, I am looking forward to the new versions.

Sorry 4FF, I actually did not mean it that way. Logically you are correct if all VP One Page Checkout plugin users are our template users. But actually more than 90% of VP One Page Checkout plugin users do not use our templates. We are receiving dozens of queries every day through direct emails, social networks and forum post regarding VP One Page Checkout plugin update. The plugin update is actually ready and it just need some final testing and tuning. We will release it positively on/before 24th (within this week).
Technically the template is also ready. It needs some special modules, final testing, documentation and a demo site. We should be able to release it within 7 to 10 days times from the date to release of VP One Page Checkout plugin update.
Thank you for understanding and support.

Hi
That's fair, now I understand the ratio of plugin to template users.
As a template & plugin user, I am definitely looking forward to the new template(s) asap.
And, I didn't really take offence; just a gentle jibe.
Great templates, plugins and SUPPORT.
