Invoices are generated based on the information which you provided to us during your purchase. We have already sent you a PDF invoice based on your earlier request yesterday. You could have easily add these requests that time. Anyway, please reply directly to the email sent you yesterday and forward your change requests. Our finance team will take care of the invoice amendment.
