Yes, all our Joomla! 3 extensions and templates are compatible to Joomla! 3.6.
However please note that some core JavaScript files are updated in Joomla! 3.6. You should clear cache of your browser immediately after installing the update. If you do not clear the cache then the color fields in VP Mechant template settings (under Customize Theme option) may change its existing values.
