I don´t know why, but the weight in my template shows 4 places after the point.
There shoul be only three. Is there a way to change this?

It has nothing to do with any template. You will need to alter #__virtuemart_products database table for this. Change the type to decimal(10,3) from decimal(10,4) for column "product_weight".
