Were getting this error mesage on the checkout page:
Invalid address: (to): The requested page can't be found.
I've check and can confirm we have an email address the she shop owner and Vendor email fields.
Were usingh the latest version of Joomla 5 and VM 4.6 with the VP Neoteric tempate.

It has no relation with the template.
Go to Joomla Global Configuration, turn on the "Debugging" option, and set the "Error Reporting" to "Maximum."
You will now see the full error trace on the error page. Take a screenshot of it and share it here.
