There are many tools readily available to hide it. However this has nothing to do with any Joomla Template. This is not template information which is shown by any template.
A very simple way to hide such info is by alerting the header meta data from your Joomla Global Configuration area. You need to use forum.joomla.org for such general Joomla queries.
