virtuemart update

Hi Jumbo,

When i try to update to the latest version of virtuemart, there is no good results and thi is the message it display:
"Invalid Token, in store config".
WHat is the problem?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

This has no relation with any of our products or any Joomla Templates or VM Themes.
