Watermark for virtuemart
First of all please note this is not a template question at all. The watermark needs to be embed in the image that you upload to VirtueMart. It needs to work during image upload but not during display. This needs the image upload feature of VirtueMart to be customized/hacked.
Read this PHP manual where it explains how watermark embedding works. php.net/manual/en/image.examples.merged-watermark.php You need to hack the core VirtueMart image uploading class/function to achieve this. I am not aware of any such extension available which can do this readily for you.
