if you can insert this function:
disable Payment methods for selected shipment methods. (E.g. Disable Cash on Delivery payment for Pick up at post shipment.).

Thank you for your suggestion. But it may not be directly implemented in the One Page Checkout plugin. There are already some other 3rd party VirtueMart plugins available which serves this purpose. We may also develop a new plugin to provide similar solutions in future.

So I hope you realize a nice plugin.
Unfortunately I tried some 3rd party but are not compatible with VP One Page Checkout

If the plugin uses only JavaScript to hide some methods then only you can face some problem. If it uses PHP function of standard VirtueMart plugin events then you will never face any problem.

We are using it on our site with VP One Page Checkout and it's working great, no problems so far.
