menu virtuemart with the plugin does not work

Ciao Jumbo, active when the plugin,
the category menu of virtuemart with the plugin active does not work (blank page).
joomla to operate normally,
the plugin still works perfectly, some strange conflict?

The demo site of VM OG Meta Tag plugin itself is using VP ProMart template and also standard VirtueMart category module. We do not see any problem over there. Check it yourself - demos.virtueplanet.com/promart/

I think there is some other issues in your site. White page means PHP Fatal Error. You do not see the error message because it is presently disabled in your site. Go to Joomla Global Configuration and set "Error Reporting" to "Development". Now post the exact link of the page where you were seeing the blank screen so that we can check the error messaging causing the issue.

None of these are "Fatal Errors" which can cause blank page. They simple warnings and strict standard messages for developers. The issue remains somewhere else.

Send me the FTP Access and Joomla Admin access of the site so that I can check it myself.

You are using a very older version of VirtueMart 2.0.24 in your site which does not have vRequest class. That is what raised the issue.

I have to change one line codes in plugins/system/vmogmetatag/vmogmetatag.php to support your site.

Original codes in line 118:
$category_id = vRequest::getInt('virtuemart_category_id', -1);
Replaced with:
$category_id = JRequest::getInt('virtuemart_category_id', -1);

Now it is working perfectly.
