i see that there is no og:image into my blogs, can you please check?

It appears you have enabled Cache in Joomla Global Configuration. Disable the same and check again.

Seems to be ok

but why enabling cache prevent og:image ?

That is because unlike VirtueMart products, Joomla articles do not trigger plugin events when cache is enabled.
